Buyer and seller responsibilities

LastStop is a discovery and messaging platform. We do not act as the seller, the buyer, an escrow agent, or a settlement provider for direct transactions between users.

For sellers

If you contact buyers directly, advertise on WhatsApp, or complete a sale outside LastStop, you are responsible for your own offer, pricing, delivery, product quality, legal compliance, refunds, and any settlement terms you agree with the buyer.

For buyers

If you message a seller or complete a purchase directly, you are responsible for your own due diligence, payment decisions, receipt checking, and any dispute resolution with the seller.

Platform scope

LastStop may help you find listings and start conversations, but direct buyer-vendor transactions remain between the two parties. Any settlement, customer service issue, or follow-up dispute is handled by the buyer and seller unless a separate LastStop policy says otherwise.
